Community Center

• The Community Center is physically closed for the duration of the public health emergency period.
• If you have an event scheduled and have not been contacted by City staff, call 936.258.6242 and ask for the Community Center.
• No meetings or events will be scheduled until further notice.

Senior Center

• All Senior Center activities have been canceled until further notice.
• The facility will not be publicly accessible.

Jones Public Library

• The Library is physically closed for the duration of the public health emergency period and all events have been suspended until further notice.
• Library materials may be checked out through curbside service on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. To order a book, visit jonespubliclibrary.org and use the online form or the book hold form.
• Books and other checked out materials can be returned through the book return box located in front of the Community Center.

Animal Control

• Animal control operations suspended with the exception of public health and safety, specifically dangerous animals
• Owner surrender temporarily suspended

 City Hall

• This includes City Administration, Human Resources, Public Communications, Finance, and Utility Billing

• The kiosk located outside of City Hall (117 Cook St.). The kiosk accepts credit and debit cards, checks and cash. As a precaution, we ask residents to please pay with credit or debit cards if possible rather than cash. While we are still accepting cash, our employees have additional sanitation requirements for cash payments
